As a member of the American Society of Equine Appraisers Thomas Clark's appraisals are considered "Certified" for Legal purposes in the United States and Internationally. The ASEA is a division of the American Society of Agricultural Appraisers (ASAA) whose members comply the "Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice" used by all personal property and real estate appraisers.
