TC dissolved Clark Thoroughbreds Ltd. and was fully retained as Bloodstock Consultant with John R. Gaines during the formation of JRG Thoroughbreds.

Clark Thoroughbreds LTD. (Lexington, Kentucky)
The Agency provided consulting and brokerage services internationally in the acquisition, sale and management of thoroughbred breeding and racing stock.

Data List Associates (Lexington, Kentucky)
General Manager of bloodstock agency the primary focus of which was the sale of stallion nominations and shares as well as breeding stock. Data list Associates acted as hub to a group of thirty integrated associate thoroughbred industry affiliates worldwide with computer-linked capabilities designed to facilitate bloodstock transactions.

Blue Sky Farm (Middletown, New York)
Held the following positions with advancing responsibilities - Broodmare and foal groom, stallion groom, Stallion Manager, Sales and Advertising Director, and Farm Manager: The Farm consisted of 750 acres with a half-mile training track and lay- up facilities, 12 resident stallions, and 150 resident broodmares.

Accomplishments:

Since 1999 has acted as consultant and brokerage agent to the Korea Racing Authority (KRA) in the selection, purchase and transport of stallions and racehorses (breeze-up sale two year olds). Recent stallion acquisitions include Menifee, Yankee Victor, Vicar, etc. South Korea ranks 6th in worldwide betting handle.

Consultant to Amerivest Thoroughbred Partners (# 2-3) based in NYC: These Limited Partnerships were among the most significant public offerings in thoroughbred market history and concentrated on Broodmare Purchase and Leasing Programs that produced foals for the yearling market.

Selected and purchased, as agent, many young unproven broodmares which subsequently produced Graded or Group stakes winners and young thoroughbreds that ultimately became successful racehorses: See "Transaction History".

Acted as the Administrator for the Estate of Marshall Naify's 505 Farm in Lexington through the complete dispersal of land and thoroughbred assets totaling over $40,000,000.00 in 2000.

Thomas Clark Bloodstock has been Leading Buyer or Second Leading Buyer as measured by gross expenditures at the OBS Spring and OBS June Sales of Two Year Olds in Training in 2004, 2006, 2007, and 2008.

As a member of the American Society of Equine Appraisers Thomas Clark's appraisals are recognized "Certified" for Legal purposes in the United States and Internationally. The ASEA is a division of the American Society of Agricultural Appraisers (ASAA) whose members comply with the "Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice" used by all personal property and real estate appraisers.

Thomas Clark has been qualified an "Expert" in Court proceedings with regard to "accepted practices" within the industry and as an appraiser of thoroughbred breeding and racing stock numerous times including: United States Tax Court (Pasadena, CA.), Canadian Supreme Court (Alberta & Ontario), United States Bankruptcy Court (Baltimore, MD.) and Civil Courts in Kentucky, Pennsylvania, New York and California).

Thomas Clark is an active consultant with "The Racing Game" (TOBA & Keeneland), is a member of The Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association and The Thoroughbred Club of America, holds racehorse owners licenses in Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Florida and New York and is also an active breeder of thoroughbreds.

Thomas Clark has performed appraisal services for individuals and Financial Institutions including Citibank (Personal Banking NYC), Citizens Fidelity (Louisville), Continental Bank (Chicago), First Security (Lexington), Citizens Bank (Ocala), Heath Lambert Group (London), Wells Fargo Bank (Los Angeles), Fifth Third Bank, National City Bank (Lexington), Bank One, Gaines - Gentry Thoroughbreds, WinStar Farm, Zurich NA Insurance, J.P. Morgan Chase, PNC Bank, Lloyds's of London, etc.
